Part-Time Contract Attorney (M&A and/or Transactional Real Estate)
Remote | California Licensed Attorney
LHH is assisting a growing organization in its search for a Part-Time Contract Attorney with significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions, transactional real estate matters, or a combination of both practice areas. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a fully remote arrangement while providing meaningful involvement in sophisticated commercial transactions.
This attorney will work closely with business leaders, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders to support strategic transactions, conduct legal analysis, identify and mitigate risk, and assist with transaction execution. Position Overview
The attorney will support a variety of transactional matters, including:
