Senior Account ManagerLocation - Remote
Factory 360 is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity for an agency-trained client services professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and knows how to keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.
We are not looking for a pure event producer. We are looking for someone who understands how to manage client relationships, lead programs from concept through execution, collaborate across internal teams, and become a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.
What You'll DoServe as a primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships
Manage multiple experiential marketing programs simultaneously
Lead status calls, project timelines, deliverables, and client communications
Partner with internal creative, production, strategy, and operations teams
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and add value
Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard
Support new business efforts, presentations, and strategic planning initiatives
What We're Looking For4+ years of agency account management experience
Experiential, promotional, shopper, integrated marketing, or event marketing agency experience preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex deliverables
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomy
