Compensation: ~$210k OTE + equity
About the Role
Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a fast-growing digital pathology company developing an AI-powered virtual staining platform. The technology streamlines histopathology workflows, accelerates research, and improves diagnostic accuracy.
We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to lead full-cycle sales in the Northeast territory. This role is ideal for someone experienced in selling to pharmaceutical organizations and comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build and maintain a pipeline across biopharma, CROs, and academic medical centers
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Present and explain technical solutions to scientific and business audiences
  • Provide customer insights to support product and strategy development
  • Attend industry events and customer meetings as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years full-cycle AE experience selling to pharmaceutical companies
  • Strong record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Previous experience in an early-stage or growth-stage startup
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of digital pathology, AI/ML, or lab automation technologies
