Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you will ensure every session has purpose, clarity, and alignment with broader business and mission goals. The role requires someone who can simplify complex, mission-driven topics into engaging and actionable storytelling formats. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external speakers, and leadership teams to shape cohesive and impactful event experiences. This is a highly cross-functional, fast-paced environment where content quality directly drives engagement and event success.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead end-to-end content strategy for events, including thematic development, messaging frameworks, and programming structure across brand, field, and community events
  • Own content development for flagship and large-scale conferences, ensuring alignment between business goals, audience needs, and brand messaging
  • Design and structure event agendas, keynote narratives, breakout sessions, and supporting content in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Develop session proposals, speaker briefs, and learning objectives that align with overall event strategy and audience engagement goals
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with keynote speakers and external contributors, building a long-term speaker pipeline
  • Write and edit content for presentations, panels, executive keynotes, and event programming materials across multiple formats
  • Create speaker preparation materials such as briefing documents, rehearsal guides, and event readiness resources
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to produce event-related content including emails, landing pages, session descriptions, and social copy
  • Track event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, NPS, and session ratings to continuously refine content strategy
  • Build scalable content systems, templates, and workflows to support a growing global events portfolio
  • Manage content timelines, review processes, and approvals to ensure timely delivery of all event assets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and communications teams to align event narratives with broader organizational goals
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in content strategy, event content management, corporate communications, or B2B marketing
  • Strong experience developing content for large-scale events, conferences, executive presentations, or multi-format programming
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear narratives
  • Proven project management skills with experience handling multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Experience working within mission-driven, nonprofit, or social impact environments is highly valuable
  • Ability to connect content strategy to broader marketing, communications, or business objectives
  • Strong proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external speakers
  • Familiarity with event production, audience engagement strategies, or content marketing platforms is a plus
  • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms is an advantage
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with additional equity options depending on role level
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision support
  • Flexible remote working model with support for hybrid or distributed collaboration
  • Generous paid time off and flexible holiday policies
  • Parental leave policies supporting both primary and secondary caregivers
  • Financial and wellness support, including allowances for home office, learning, and wellbeing
  • Strong focus on professional development, learning programs, and internal growth opportunities
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture with employee resource groups and community engagement initiatives
