• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental needs, utilizing established tools and methodologies to gather pertinent information.
• Develop personalized service plans in collaboration with clients that encompass clear goals, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring to track their development.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to the unique challenges faced by individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the immediate safety and well-being of clients in distress.
• Coordinate services with community resources, referring clients to appropriate support systems such as housing assistance, substance abuse programs, or domestic violence shelters.
• Engage in outreach efforts to raise awareness of Bridgeway Center Inc.'s services, actively participating in community events and collaborative initiatives.
• Contribute to team meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and strategies that support best practices in the delivery of social services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with agency policies and state regulations.

The LCSW will primarily serve diverse individuals and families within educational settings, focusing on students and their families who are experiencing social and emotional challenges. Clients may include those facing obstacles such as trauma, economic hardship, and behavioral issues. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
