Job description

Growth Marketing Manager — Hands-On Paid Acquisition + AI Builder
Schneiders Saddlery is looking for a Growth Manager who can walk in and start moving on Day 1. No extended onboarding. No extensive hand-holding. You see what needs doing, you do it, you show us the result.
**The job:**
- Own Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok — hands on keyboard, not just strategy reviews
- Run Shopify CRO — A/B tests, PDP optimization, landing pages, checkout
- Manage paid agency relationships and hold them accountable
- Build AI-powered tools and automations that make the growth engine faster
- Own the customer acquisition analytics and tell us what's working and why
**You:**
- Have personally run and optimized paid campaigns (in the platform, not just in the deck)
- Have built automations or AI tools (not just used them)
- Come to interviews with observations about what you'd change, not just questions about what we do
- Have examples of building things nobody asked you to build
**Equestrian background:** Strongly preferred — we're horse people helping horse people and domain knowledge is a genuine advantage. Not required if you're exceptional otherwise.
**Pay:** $110K–$140K base + up to 30% performance bonus. Total $132K–$182K. Benefits, 401(k), remote-friendly.
**To apply:** Resume + cover letter + examples of things you've built (campaigns, tools, anything).
