About The Role
GoTab is seeking a self-motivated, tech-savvy, and relationship-driven Account Executive focused specifically on the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) and attractions vertical. This role is ideal for someone who understands the operational complexity of entertainment venues and enjoys helping operators modernize the guest experience through technology. As an Account Executive, you will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment introducing FEC operators to GoTab's commerce platform. You will proactively prospect and develop relationships with
owners, operators, and executive teams at entertainment venues nationwide. You will demonstrate GoTab's solutions, identify operational pain points, articulate business value, negotiate deal terms, and close new business opportunities.
You will help operators modernize and unify fragmented venue systems by leveraging GoTab's flexible integrations with leading FEC technologies and operational platforms. This role requires a consultative sales approach and the ability to understand complex entertainment venue workflows.
You will play a key role in expanding GoTab's footprint within the FEC industry by helping complex multi-revenue entertainment venues unify food & beverage, attractions, memberships, events, mobile ordering, guest engagement, and payments into one seamless platform.
Please note the base salary range for this role is $50,000-$65,000. This role is expected to earn the majority of earnings via earned commission.
Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed sales goals within the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) vertical
• Prospect, develop, and manage a pipeline of FEC operators and entertainment-focused hospitality groups
• Build relationships with owners, operators, GMs, and executive leadership teams across multi-unit entertainment concepts
• Clearly articulate the differentiated value of GoTab's unified commerce platform for complex entertainment venues
• Conduct product demonstrations tailored to FEC operational workflows
• Position GoTab's integration ecosystem including Intercard, Amusement Connect, CourtReserve, REX, SevenRooms, and Tripleseat
• Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities within the FEC and attractions space
• Utilize GoTab's CRM to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and account engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, product, and customer success teams
• Operate independently in a remote environment with strong self-management and accountability
Skills & Requirements
• Proven success achieving or exceeding sales quotas in previous sales roles
• Experience selling into hospitality, entertainment, FEC, or multi-unit venue operators preferred
• Strong understanding of Family Entertainment Centers and experiential hospitality businesses
• Ability to manage a long-term pipeline while generating near-term wins
• Experience closing business and negotiating commercial agreements
• Comfortable engaging with executive leadership teams and ownership groups
• Technologically savvy with the ability to confidently demo software solutions
• Familiarity with entertainment venue technology ecosystems preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Hospitality, entertainment, or venue operations experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
