Job description

Junior Sales Executive - Entertainment Industry
Description
Core Cashless is currently looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our team in the US!
The Junior Sales Executive will support and build toward end-to-end revenue generation across the attractions and entertainment industry - including outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, deal execution, and closing - with structured mentorship from senior sales leadership as you grow into full ownership.
This role is designed for an early-career seller who is eager to build a network in the attractions and entertainment space, has strong outbound discipline, and wants to use AI as leverage from day one.
Here is a little window into our company: Core Cashless is the leading provider of innovative cashless payment solutions for the entertainment industry including amusement parks, waterparks, family entertainment centers, arcades, events and attractions. We offer a range of cutting-edge hardware/software solutions designed to integrate seamlessly with our customers' infrastructure. From robust Point-of-Sale systems and self-service kiosks to handheld devices and access control solutions, our hardware is built to withstand the demands of high-volume environments.
The successful candidate will be based anywhere in the US, working in a remote work model, with a requirement to travel as and when required for external and internal meetings!
What your day will look like:
Key Responsibilities:
• Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth for a defined portfolio, territory, or set of accounts, with growing ownership as you build a track record
• Sales Planning and Execution: Support the development of go-to-market strategy and plans alongside your manager, helping drive sustainable growth aligned with company goals
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Own outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline creation in addition to inbound opportunities, engaging with owners, operators, and stakeholders at attractions and venues - with coaching and support as you take on more senior conversations (GM, COO, CFO, CTO). Manage sales cycles from first outreach through close, with senior support on more complex or strategic accounts
• Reporting and Analytics: Maintain sales forecasting and performance reporting that tracks KPIs such as quota attainment, deal conversion rates, sales cycle length, and pipeline health. Support the team in presenting sales performance insights to the executive team
• Tools and Technology: CRM hygiene, pipeline management and use of AI-driven sales workflows (account research, prioritization, messaging, sequencing, etc.)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with customer success and leadership to inform positioning, pricing, and customer feedback. Help identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities with potential partners
• Process Improvement: Work closely with the team to learn and help optimize sales processes. Collaborate with other functions to improve lead quality and sales enablement
About You:
• 1-3 years of experience selling B2B SaaS; exposure to the entertainment industry (amusement parks, waterparks, family entertainment centres, arcades, events and attractions, etc.) is a strong plus
• Eager to build a genuine network within the attractions and entertainment industry; existing contacts are a bonus, not a requirement
• Strong outbound instincts, with a demonstrated drive to personally create pipeline
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative, with support and mentorship available as you grow
• Willingness to engage in technical, product-driven, and consultative sales conversations, with training provided
• Developing executive presence - comfortable building credibility with senior operational leadership over time and with coaching
• Active, hands-on use of AI in daily sales workflows, or strong eagerness to adopt these tools quickly
• Builds long-term trust and works to understand client pain points
• Self-starter mentality - proactive about figuring out next steps, while knowing when to loop in your manager
• Flexible, easily adaptable to change
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel for industry events, trade shows, or team meetings
• A valid passport, driver's license, and the ability to rent a vehicle are required
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
• Legally authorized to work in the US
Why Join Core Cashless?
At Core Cashless, you'll have the opportunity to launch your sales career with real impact while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to transforming our industry. This role comes with structured mentorship, hands-on coaching, and a clear path for growth into a senior sales position.
What We Offer:
• Structured onboarding and hands-on mentorship from senior sales leadership
• Growing autonomy and influence as you build your track record
• A culture built on operational excellence, transparency, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Competitive salary and bonus structure based on performance
• Health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
If you're an early-career Sales professional ready to take on this exciting challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
