The PharMerica Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a strategic HR leader and influential advisor to their assigned client groups, responsible for shaping and executing integrated people strategies that strengthen workforce capability, accelerate business performance, and enable sustained growth. This role partners closely with business leaders to anticipate future needs, solve complex organizational challenges, and drive enterprise-aligned outcomes. Serving as a key change leader, the Sr. HRBP guides leaders through transformation, influences critical decisions, and ensures HR strategies are fully integrated with business strategy to deliver operational excellence and results.

Preferred candidate location is within the Midwest region of the United States - AZ, ID, NM, TX, MT.

Responsibilities
  • Develops a deep understanding of business strategy, financial drivers, and operational priorities; Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders on organizational and talent decisions
  • Acts as a highly trusted advisor, influencing leadership decisions through data driven insights, business acumen, and a forward-looking perspective
  • Leads the development and execution of integrated talent and workforce strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development
  • Proactively assesses organizational health and effectiveness; Identify systemic issues and lead solutions across talent, structure, capability, and culture
  • Leverages advanced workforce analytics (turnover, engagement, performance, productivity trends) to diagnose root causes and drive measures business outcomes
  • Leads complex organizational design and effectiveness initiatives, including spans and layers, role clarity, team structure, and operating models
  • Serves as change leader for large scale or high impact initiatives, ensuring alignment, communication, stakeholder engagement, and sustained adoption
  • Identifies and implements enterprise and business specific improvement to enhance the employee lifecycle, team effectiveness, and organization performance
  • Provides guidance on complex employee relations matters, partnering with legal as appropriate, influencing outcomes that balance business needs and risk mitigation
  • Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (Comp, TA, ER, L&D, etc.) to design and implement integrated, scalable solutions
  • Mentors and provides guidance to HRBPs contributing to capability building and consistency across the HR team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent education & experience
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience including support of complex, multi-functional or customer-facing organizations; Experience in operations, pharmacy, healthcare or manufacturing industries preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive alignment on complex people and organizational decisions
  • Strong analytical capability to translate workforce data into insights, diagnose root causes, and drive business outcomes
  • Experience leading talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession, performance management, and leadership development     
  • Advanced application of organizational effectiveness, including org design, role clarity, and team effectiveness
  • Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption in fast paced environments
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel 25%
