Job description

On Q Property Management is growing fast, and we need a Recruiting & HR Coordinator who thrives on finding great people and setting them up to succeed.
We're built on customer service, communication, and technology - and on people who genuinely love what they do. We've created a culture where your ideas and initiative actually move the needle, which is why this is a 100% in-office role: our collaboration happens best in person. We work hard, and we make sure it gets recognized.
In this role you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a wide mix of roles - from entry-level hourly positions to licensed professionals - plus new-hire onboarding administration and compliance. One day you're sourcing candidates; the next you're making sure a new hire's first day goes smoothly. Beyond recruiting, you'll get exposure to other corners of HR - from benefits to compliance to policy creation - making this a great launchpad if you're looking to grow a broader HR career.
Sound like you? Let's talk!

  • Coordinate pre-employment steps, including background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation
  • Build and maintain standardized job description templates for frequently hired roles
  • Own the I-9 and E-Verify process end-to-end for all new hires, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness
  • Manage new hire onboarding paperwork and ensure all required documents are collected, completed, and filed in compliance with federal and state requirements
  • Maintain organized and accurate employee files in accordance with record retention requirements
  • Monitor and follow up on expiring I-9 re-verifications and other time-sensitive compliance items
  • Assist with EEO data tracking and reporting as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with I-9 completion and E-Verify
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - BambooHR is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Products (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of positions and skill levels
  • Background in real estate or property management is a plus

Company Perks:
  • Company-sponsored Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance
  • Free Life Insurance, LTD, EAP, Gym Membership
