Job Title: Partner Solutions Manager - North America

Job Location: Remote , USA (Central or Pacific time zone candidates preferred)

Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Synergy Sales & Partnerships Specialist to drive ETAP's strategic growth across North America. This pivotal role will strengthen ETAP's commercial success through close collaboration with two of our most significant global partners

As the regional lead, you will be responsible for identifying and executing joint sales opportunities, qualifying partner-referred accounts, and building long-term alliances that fuel revenue growth and broaden ETAP's market presence. Success in this role requires a strong commercial acumen, outstanding relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the North American energy sector and the ETAP solution suite.

Responsibilities - You will do:

  • Sales Strategy: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that accelerate the adoption of ETAP solutions in collaboration with our strategic partners

  • Sales Deployment: Partner with regional teams across our global partners to coordinate account planning, participate in joint customer engagements, and drive opportunity creation, qualification, and closure.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align synergy activities with overall business objectives for these regions.

  • Subject Matter Expert: Stay current with all product offerings and solutions to be seen as a subject matter expert. Be able to perform product demos and elevator pitches to customers.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals, fostering collaboration, and driving joint marketing initiatives.

  • Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with partners, including technology providers, utilities, engineering firms, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements - You will have:

  • A degree in electrical engineering, along with an MBA, is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the energy industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Experience in electrical power systems software solutions is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to deploy consultative selling techniques.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities focused on the energy landscape.

  • Self-driven and results-oriented.

  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and adapting to a fast-changing environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate at a senior level in a global environment.

Salary Range: $104,200 - $173,800

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
