Job Summary:

The Southeast Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Southeastern United States, including installation, service, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional managerial skills to drive growth, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards within the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the southeast region to achieve sales targets, market penetration, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive residential elevator sales and service
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Southeast region, including installation, service, and maintenance
  • Prioritize and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Develop, grow, lead, and mentor a team of mechanics/technicians and collaborate with the sales team in the southeast region to foster a positive work culture, promote teamwork, and encourage professional development
  • Full P amp;L responsibility for the region including revenue forecasts, expense control, and profitability analysis
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety guidelines for residential elevator installations and service
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, sales results, financial performance, and operational activities
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the elevator industry or a related field, with a focus on the residential segment
  • Strong knowledge of residential elevator systems, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
