The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
**This position is available as work-from-home/remote - Occasional travel is required, at most 4-6 times per year, with most trips expected to be in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area.**

Base pay is $19.50/hour + Monthly Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses

What You'll Do:
You will be vital to both our immediate goals and long-term growth strategy. In this role, you will engage potential clients through cold calling and email outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling face-to-face meetings for our outside sales team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system, conducting in-depth market research, and prospecting after tradeshows and events. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with outside sales representatives and with prospects in your assigned markets. You will participate in in-person training sessions during onboarding, along with participation in semi-annual departmental and company-wide kickoff events held in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year successful cold calling experience, preferably in an SDR position
