Position Summary

Genesis Elevator Company is expanding its Residential Sales Team and is seeking a Home Sales Consultant to drive growth in our Residential New Equipment division. This position is responsible for generating new residential elevator sales throughout the Georgia market while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through project completion.


The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership and operational teams to ensure a seamless sales and installation process, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and profitability targets.


Essential Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and revenue targets through the acquisition of new business.
  • Prospect for new opportunities through networking, cold calling, market canvassing, referrals, and relationship-building activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
  • Generate accurate proposals and bids that align with company objectives and profitability goals.

Customer & Project Management

  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract execution.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project completion.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Administration & Communication

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the company CRM and internal communication systems.
  • Provide timely reports, forecasts, and updates as required.
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure alignment across departments.

Problem Solving

  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines, customer satisfaction, or operational efficiency.
  • Develop practical solutions that support successful project outcomes while maintaining profitability.
