• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting students' mental health.

• Develop and implement strategic discharge plans in collaboration with school personnel to ensure continuity of care and effective transition back to the classroom.
• Facilitate communication between families, schools, and community resources to align support and treatment goals.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to support students and families in acute situations, ensuring timely and compassionate responses.
• Participate in school-based committees to offer expertise on behavioral health issues, enhancing the overall support structure within the educational setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal requirements while ensuring confidentiality and respect for client privacy.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• At least two years of experience in a healthcare or school setting, providing social work services.
