Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments in a remote setting, effectively gathering information about students’ emotional and social challenges.
  • Provide individualized therapy and group counseling targeting areas such as adjustment issues, grief, and coping mechanisms, employing various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
  • Coordinate care with school personnel and community organizations to ensure continued support for students post-intervention.
  • Educate families on treatment options, mental health resources, and coping strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss student care plans, contributing your expertise on mental health policies.
  • Document all patient interactions and maintain records in compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role specifically addresses the unique needs of students across various age groups. As an LCSW, you will work closely with children and adolescents dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in a healthcare, educational, or community-based setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with therapeutic frameworks, crisis intervention techniques, and knowledge of child and adolescent development will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
