Remote Early Intervention Manager Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Lowland Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Stockton, California. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers to identify developmental milestones and areas requiring intervention.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, reporting progress and adjusting interventions as needed to align with best practices in child development.
• Provide educational support and counseling to families, equipping them with strategies and techniques to encourage their child's development within a natural learning environment.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations and maintain compliance with clinical best practices and ethical standards.
• Build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members to foster trust and promote positive outcomes for children.

This role specifically focuses on children aged 0-3 years who, due to disabilities or developmental delays, require early intervention services. You will collaborate closely with families, aiding them in navigating the challenges that come with developmental concerns while promoting a strengths-based approach that prioritizes their child's unique abilities and potential.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the California Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate home visits when necessary.
• Demonstrated adaptability to different learning styles to meet the diverse needs of children and families.
• A commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring interventions are implemented in real-world settings.

• At least two years of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings, providing support, assessments, and direct services.
• Experience in developing and implementing IFSPs, with a keen understanding of child development principles.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing early childhood interventions.
