Job Description:
Guaranteed Hours OR Fee-for-Service | W-2 Employment
Tired of fee-for-service EI work where cancellations mean lost pay? In addition to fee-for-service positions, we have guaranteed hours.
At Nyman Associates, we offer what most Early Intervention roles don't:
guaranteed hours, consistent income, and full W-2 benefits.
We're hiring Speech Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows for Early Intervention services in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Whether you're seeking full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we'll build a caseload that works for you.
What Sets This EI Role Apart
  • Guaranteed Hours Available - get paid consistently, even when sessions cancel
  • W-2 Employment - no 1099 stress, no unpaid admin time
  • Fee-for-Service OR Guaranteed Hour options based on your preference
  • Flexibility with Caseload Assignment

Most EI positions are strictly fee-for-service. Ours don't have to be.
Why Nyman Associates?
Nyman Associates is a trusted educational services provider specializing in school-based and early intervention therapy services, serving students and communities across a growing multi-state footprint for over 40 years.
As a Nyman SLP, you'll receive:
  • Guaranteed hours or fee-for-service options across multiple Philadelphia ZIP codes
  • W-2 employment with competitive pay and full benefits
  • Sick time, 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance
  • All materials, assessments, technology, and CEUs covered-no out-of-pocket costs
  • Flexibility to move between counties without changing employers
  • Monthly Communities of Practice to connect with other SLPs
  • Clinical support from leaders who've worked in EI and schools themselves

Position Summary
As an Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
  • Provide assessment and therapy for children ages 3-5
  • Deliver services in natural environments (homes, daycares, preschools, EI classrooms)
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Support communication skills that impact both academic and social development

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
  • Services aligned with IEPs and EI best practices
  • Flexible scheduling and geographic placement
  • Reliable access to therapy materials and assessments
  • Ongoing support from Clinical Directors, EI-experienced mentors, and CF supervisors

Qualifications
  • Master's degree (MA/MS) in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited program
  • Current or eligible state licensure (as applicable)
  • Pennsylvania Department of Education certification (if required for placement)
  • Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply

Additional Support for Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • ASHA-accredited CF mentors
  • Year-long CF development program
  • Established CF community
  • Clinical resource teams for AAC and feeding support
  • Opportunities for hybrid roles and future school-based placements

Join a Team That Values Stability and Flexibility
If you love Early Intervention but want predictable income, real benefits, and consistent support, Nyman Associates offers an EI role designed with clinicians in mind.
