Remote Early Intervention Manager Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Prime Core Counseling Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position focused on supporting children and families in an educational setting. The LCSW will play a vital role in assessing therapeutic needs and guiding families through individualized plans that bolster the development of young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays.

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work conditions while supporting children and families in a school-based setting. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their therapeutic needs and developmental status.
• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with child development best practices.
• Monitor and assess progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to achieve optimal child outcomes.
• Provide direct support and guidance to families, equipping them with skills and strategies to foster their child’s development.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including the Natural Learning Environment Practices, to deliver high-quality services in line with both family priorities and child development frameworks.
• Participate actively in team meetings to collaborate with other professionals, sharing insights and strategies that benefit child and family outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations in the provision of services.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, providing early intervention services that foster their development across multiple domains—physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. Our LCSWs engage closely with families, providing them the support and education needed to cultivate growth during critical early years!

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current LCSW license issued by the California Department of Public Health is mandatory.
• At least one year of relevant experience working with children, particularly in early intervention settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills to effectively juggle client caseloads.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required for assessments and meetings.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, as language skills will enhance service delivery to diverse families.

• Experience with evidence-based practices in child development.
• Familiarity with the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques.
• A proven track record of fostering collaborative relationships within a multidisciplinary team.
