Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and trust while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring ongoing support and care continuity.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • Document client sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment records in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Administer intake assessments to new clients, gathering comprehensive information to inform treatment planning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Lowland Behavioral Health Center, you will engage with a diverse patient population presenting a variety of mental health concerns. This includes adults, children, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
  • Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

  • Proficient in using computers and various software systems including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

  • Prior experience in a fully remote work environment can be an added advantage.
