ooking for a Hands-on Controller responsible for leading all accounting and financial operations for a growing SaaS company.
It's a fully remote role, with occasional meetings a couple times per month in the North Jersey/NYC Area
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting
  • Manage SaaS revenue recognition and compliance with GAAP
  • Oversee cash management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Improve accounting processes, controls, and system efficiencies
  • Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external advisors
  • Partner with leadership on financial planning and operational initiatives

Qualified candidates must have hands-on, small company controllership experience at a PE backed, international SaaS organization
