Job Title: Documentation Specialist (Document Control & Records Management)

Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Positionโ€“ Minimum 3 Days in Office)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr on W2

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to support document control, records management, and project documentation activities. Responsibilities include managing electronic records, maintaining document repositories, supporting approval workflows, organizing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements:
โ€ข 0-2 years of experience in document control, records management, administration, or related fields.
โ€ข Experience with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, or document management systems.
โ€ข Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
โ€ข Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma) or similar platforms.
โ€ข Engineering, construction, or project documentation experience.
