Job Summary:Β 

The Senior National Accounts Sales Manager will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in driving the growth and success for the Medical Nutrition Sales organization by identifying, Β developing and managing strategic partnerships with large National HME/DME customers and GPO's. This role will have the opportunity to grow trusted advisor relationships with large National Home Medical Equipment (HME)/Durable Medical Equipment (DME) customers within Nestle Health Science USA. The Senior National Accounts Sales Manager will also leverage digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance delivery and effectiveness, using data and performance insights to continuously optimize outcomes and remain at the forefront of industry standards. This individual reports to the Director of Post Acute National Accounts and will work cross-functionally to leverage our portfolio of innovative, evidenced based nutrition solutions. This role is a remote-based opportunity, however, this role will travel up to 50% domestically.Β 

Responsibilities:Β 
Identify and cultivate executive level relationships with key decision makers within Large National HME/DME and GPO accounts.
Β  Β Manage complex, multi-site customer needs and develop long term strategic plans for key accounts.
Β  Β Negotiate enterprise-wide agreements to drive growth and position Nestle Health Science as the innovative nutritional leader within the Post Acute Care Channel.
Β  Β Gain alignment among internal stakeholders on customer specific strategies.
Β  Β Build and maintain robust pipeline of opportunities and build solutions that leverages across the US NHS portfolio of products.Β 
Β  Β Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and grow referral sources.
Β  Β Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, legal/compliance and medical affairs to align strategies with business goals.
Β  Β Monitor and analyze market trends, reimbursement issues, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Β  Β Regularly monitor and analyze account performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:Β 

Β  Β Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in a related field required; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.Β 
Β  Β 7+ years in Healthcare business-to-business Sales required, with at least 5+ years of National or Strategic Account Management experience required as well.Β 
Β  Β Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.Β 
Β  Β Must have a strong understanding of the HME/DME market and reimbursement processes, including Medicaid, Traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage and value based care.
Β  Β Ability to lead through change management and business transformation is required.Β 
Β  Β Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).Β 
Β  Β Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.Β 
Β  Β Must be a self-start with strong Sales initiative and able to think creatively and strategically to solve complex business problems.Β 
Β  Β Current or prior experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce or AI including MS Copilot or Claude is highly preferred.Β 
Β  Β Willing and able to travel up to 50% based on the needs of the team and the business.Β
