Regional Vice President
Location: East Coast Division - Fully Remote
About Reliable Medical
Reliable Medical is a national leader in complex rehab technology (CRT) and home medical equipment, known for pairing clinical excellence with a people-first culture. We are growing quickly and intentionally - and we're looking for a Regional Vice President who can lead with clarity, operational rigor, and a deep commitment to service.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive regional performance, develop high-impact teams, and strengthen relationships with clients, facilities, and referral partners. This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare operator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to scale with discipline.
What You'll Do
  • Lead regional operations, ensuring strong performance, service quality, and alignment with company strategy
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, facilities, and key accounts
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand regional market presence
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the CRT/DME industry, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
  • Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance
  • Develop and mentor regional management and sales teams, including remote leaders
  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, HQAA, CMS, and all corporate policies
  • Present regional performance, strategy, and outcomes to the executive team and Board
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operations, culture, and growth

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive management experience in healthcare. Ideally currently serving in a senior leadership capacity with the responsibility of overseeing a minimum of $40 million in revenue.
  • Background in complex rehab technology (CRT) required
  • Experience leading multi-site operations. This position currently oversees 10 states and 16 locations, as well as remote employees
  • Growth strategy and P&L ownership with the ability to see how to motivate change, identify gaps and create opportunities for continuous revenue growth
  • Strong track record of developing high-performing teams, including remote staff
  • Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Executive-level communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership
  • High standards, operational discipline, and a bias for action
