Job Description:

Entegris is growing and is seeking aSenior Specialist, Benefits, Leave & Disabilitytoplay a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience across benefits and leave programs. This position could be hybrid based in Billerica, MA or remote within the U.S.

This role supports the administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs-including medical, dental, vision, life, spending accounts, voluntary benefits, and the 401(k) plan-while managing end-to-end leave of absence processes across designated U.S. locations.

Serving as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners, the role provides guidance on benefit programs and leave policies, resolves inquiries, and ensures seamless program administration. Responsibilities include supporting enrollments, maintaining benefit data, administering leave claims, and partnering with vendors andpayroll to ensure accurate pay and benefits continuation. TheSenior Specialist, Benefits, Leave & Disabilityalso ensures compliance with applicable regulations and partners with the Director, Global Benefits on program administration and key initiatives.

In this role, you will:

Benefits

  • Respond to employee and HR inquiries on benefit plans, enrollments, status changes, and 401(k) activity

  • Support annual open enrollment, including employee assistance and vendor coordination

  • Partner with vendors to resolve issues and identify trends

  • Support compliance activities, including ACA testing and 1095-C administration

  • Assist with required filings and documentation for health and welfare plans

Leave of Absence

  • Serve as subject matter expert for leave programs and administration lifecycle

  • Administer and track leave claims; communicate approvals, denials, and return-to-work status

  • Guide employees and managers on leave processes and requirements

  • Partner with third-party vendor to resolve issues and ensure timely processing

  • Coordinate with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay, benefits continuation, and deductions

  • Identify and implement process improvements

What makes you successful:

  • Strong knowledge of benefits, leave of absence, disability programs, and applicable laws

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate across teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relatedfield

  • CEBS, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification,preferred

  • 5+ years of benefits and leave administration experience, preferred

  • Knowledge of FMLA, disability, and state leave programs

  • Experience working with diverse employee populations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance data analysis, reporting, and process efficiency

  • High level of discretion with confidential information

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000, based upon candidate experience/skillset.
