As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), you play a key role in making sure individuals receive the services and supports they need to live full, meaningful lives.   • Oversee and coordinate each individual’s support plan, services, and active treatment programs
  • Supervise and support Team Managers to ensure quality, personcentered services
