Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within an assigned sales territory. This role requires full-cycle SaaS sales expertise, from prospecting through close, with a focus on building long-term partnerships with financial institutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative sales environment, excels at relationship-building with C-suite executives, and is energized by working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.

Responsibilities

· Drive SaaS sales within an assigned region, targeting banks and credit unions. · Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, contract negotiation, closing. · Generate new opportunities via outreach, referrals, conferences, and partnerships. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level executives). · Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce (or similar CRM). · Represent the company at industry events and conferences (up to ~60 travel days/year). · Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategy and process.

Qualifications

· 3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within fintech or financial services. · Proven success selling into regional or community financial institutions. · Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills, with comfort engaging senior executives. · Strong pipeline management skills and CRM proficiency. · Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
