In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts with a strong emphasis on revenue expansion. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, skillfully navigating complex customer needs, negotiating commercial outcomes, and consistently delivering value for both customers and the business. The ideal candidate brings a sales-first mindset, proven ability to generate opportunities within existing accounts, and deep experience in ITSM, ESM, PPM, iPaaS, or related workflow technology solutions.
  • Own and manage a book of existing customers, driving account expansion, and long-term growth.
  • Partner with customers to develop and execute win-win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while strengthening trusted relationships.
  • Identify and map buying influencers, decision-makers, budgets, and purchasing criteria within assigned accounts.
  • Develop deep expertise in TeamDynamix's products & licensing models, enabling confident guidance during commercial discussions.
  • Proactively engage customers to uncover needs for consulting, implementation, and professional services.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to lead discovery conversations, position solutions, and deliver product demonstrations for expansion opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify new opportunities within assigned accounts through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

About You
  • Highly competitive mindset: You thrive in environments with aggressive growth targets and bring urgency, persistence, and a drive to win.
  • Sales-driven and expansion-focused: You enjoy uncovering whitespace and closing meaningful expansion deals.
  • Personable and credible: You build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships across organizations.
  • Responsive and reliable: You understand that strong follow-up and consistency drive customer confidence.
  • Consultative problem-solver: You ask thoughtful questions, listen actively, and align solutions to real business outcomes.
  • Exceptional team player: You collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, and Services to deliver a unified customer experience.
  • Persistent and creative in follow-up: You add value at every touchpoint and stay top-of-mind with customers.

About Your Qualifications
  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with expansion or account management focus.
  • Highly preferred: Experience in ITSM, ESM, PPM, iPaaS, or related workflow technology markets.
  • Proven track record of driving expansion sales within existing enterprise accounts, particularly within public sector organizations.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track customer engagement.
  • Excellent active listening, critical thinking, and objection-handling skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a proven ability to collaborate across sales, solutions, and services teams.
  • Ability to travel multiple times per year.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation that reflects employees' skills and contributions.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plans.
  • Wellness programs that promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Traditional and Roth 401(k) savings options with company match.
  • Remote-first with flexible working hours.
  • Prioritized work-life balance, with 15 observed days off in addition to PTO.
  • Family-friendly policies including paid parental leave.
  • Paid life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability insurance.
  • Regular acknowledgement of achievements with recognition programs.
  • Counseling services and resources for personal and professional challenges.
  • Transparent communication about company goals, strategy, and performance.
  • Regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.
  • Anti-bias and anti-harassment training programs.
  • Trust and autonomy in decision-making within your role.
  • Work environment that encourages you to be your authentic self.
  • Flat management structure with approachable leaders who want to hear your feedback.
  • Backed by two private equity firms that invest in high-growth private companies across North America.
