Role and Responsibilities: 25%- Help to direct and mentor a growing and distributed team of developers at all levels of experience (from junior to senior/principal) leadership. Observe and promote software development best practices such as proper testing and code review, reuse, and refactoring 25% Be a proactive and hands-on technical troubleshooter to identify issues early and prevent them from occurring.

Optimize the applications for stability, security, speed, and scalability. Hands-on production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 50% MERN Development.

Contribute to the design, definition, and implementation of the application and feature-level architecture across multiple services and tiers. Interface with product teams and other stakeholders on behalf of development as needed. Department: Preferred Vendors This is a contract position.
