• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients. Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on the results.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health disorders, tailoring your approach to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, enhancing their overall mental health journey.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, demonstrating empathetic problem-solving skills in potentially high-stress situations.

Our therapists at Phoenix Behavioral Counseling Services work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, age groups, and cultures. As a therapist in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, helping them navigate their challenges to achieve better mental health outcomes.

• An independent and active clinical license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, enabling effective interactions with clients across various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation relative to client care and treatment.

• Previous experience providing remote therapy services through telehealth platforms.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Experience in crisis intervention settings and familiarity with community resources.
