Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and establish personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual client needs.
  • Engage in regular therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, documenting interactions and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and provide ongoing motivation, support, and resources to enhance their mental well-being.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse group of clients representing various age groups, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. Our patients often seek help for a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe environment where clients feel supported and empowered to pursue their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in virtual therapy platforms and a strong comfort level with technology to deliver effective telehealth services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to understanding the complexities of clients’ experiences.
Preferred Experience
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is highly preferred.
  • Experience with a broad range of therapeutic techniques and proven success in working with clients in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and practices that adhere to state regulations and ethical guidelines.
