Brighter Future Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team as a full-time remote provider. This position requires a professional who is committed to supporting individuals and families in need through a variety of challenging psychological and social issues. You will be at the forefront of making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients facing neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health challenges, and substance abuse related to parental issues.

This position will be 100% remote, enabling you to provide essential services while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support packages for clients, helping them address difficulties and overcome dependencies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of service users, gathering relevant information about their current conditions, strengths, weaknesses, and specific needs.
  • Utilize a client-centered approach to establish tailored, measurable goals for each case, ensuring every individual's treatment is truly personalized.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress over time, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling, offering clear recommendations on the best course of action during therapeutic sessions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of clients’ sessions, ensuring timely reporting on their progress and status.
  • Participate in case conferences and provide testimony in court, when requested, to advocate effectively for your clients.
  • Act as a key collaborator within multidisciplinary teams, promoting shared goals and coordinated care strategies.
  • Refer clients to appropriate community services that further support their recovery and well-being during and after therapeutic intervention.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families impacted by various social and emotional challenges. This includes those affected by traumatic experiences, mental illnesses, and environmental factors such as poverty or unstable home life. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate complex emotional landscapes and achieve their personal and family goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Demonstrated clinical experience providing social work and counseling services, with a focus on outpatient care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport and trust with clients and their families.
  • Strong cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds and experiences.
