**Our corporate offices are located in Dublin, CA. We offer a flexible/hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate offices and some days working from home. We are also open to remote candidates who can periodically travel to the office for in-person meetings.
The Senior Solution Architect is a highly skilled individual contributor at the heart of SavvyMoney's Lending & Deposit (L&D) solution design practice. Working closely with Sales, Partner Management, and Product teams, this role delivers hands-on advisory, demonstration, and product scoping services to prospective and existing L&D clients - translating complex financial technology needs into compelling, scalable solutions. Reporting to the Director of Solution Architecture, this role is the technical and consultative engine that drives client confidence and accelerates deal velocity across Banks and Credit Unions.
Responsibilities -
  • Serve as the primary technical and solution design resource for prospective and existing L&D clients, leading product demonstrations, scoping sessions, and advisory engagements
  • Partner closely with Sales and Partner Management teams to understand client needs, craft tailored solution narratives, and support deal progression from discovery through close
  • Translate complex client requirements into well-defined product configurations and implementation recommendations that align with SavvyMoney's L&D capabilities
  • Develop and maintain a library of demonstration assets, solution templates, and scoping frameworks that drive consistency and repeatability across client engagements
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface client feedback, inform the product roadmap, and ensure new capabilities are positioned and demonstrated effectively
  • Maintain deep expertise in the L&D product, staying current on new features, integrations, and competitive positioning to deliver best-in-class client experiences
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of operational best practices, tools, and standards within the Solution Architecture team

Skills and Qualifications -
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sale, sales engineering, or similar roles roles with a track record of increasing scope and responsibility
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services Technology (Fintech) or Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Proven expertise with sales and solution architecture tooling and CRM/sales forecasting platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments, with experience influencing and advising senior and executive leadership
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product enhancements
  • Strong proficiency in solution design, product design, and business problem solving
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus

Base salary
The annual base salary for this position is between $155,000.00 and $165,000.00 depending upon experience + Quarterly Commission Potential.
