An exceptional opportunity awaits with our client, a leading organization in the hospice care sector. We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced finance leader with expertise overseeing multi-state operations within private equity-backed healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to drive organizational growth and performance.

- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting processes across multi-state operations.

- Oversee accounting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.

- Collaborate closely with senior executives to evaluate new market opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.

- Structure and implement financial systems and best practices to maximize operational efficiency.
