• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students and interns, helping them develop the skills necessary for clinical licensure, and offering guidance on their therapeutic techniques.
• Deliver psychotherapy services, including individual therapy, couple counseling, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic support for clients.
• Stay current with the latest research, practices, and trends in mental health counseling to guarantee the delivery of high-quality care.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and life experiences. Our clients often seek assistance with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Understanding the cultural and individual nuances of our clients is essential for forming effective therapeutic alliances and achieving positive outcomes.

• A master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Professional liability insurance to practice as a therapist.
• At least two years of direct experience in clinical settings providing therapeutic services to clients.

• Experience in a supervisory role with a focus on supporting students or early-career professionals.
• Familiarity with remote counseling platforms and telehealth best practices.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
