• Facilitate weekly supervision sessions for practicum students enrolled in their Master's programs or candidates pursuing clinical licensure, ensuring they receive constructive feedback and professional guidance.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and community organizations, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of clients, while continually assessing their progress.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest therapeutic advancements, research, and best practices in mental health care.

The Shelter Counseling Clinic serves a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families across Reno, Nevada, who may be struggling with a variety of mental health challenges. • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure in the state of Nevada (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience providing supervision or mentorship to clinical trainees or students.
