Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents in school settings who are facing mental health challenges. This includes supporting students who may encounter difficulties such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and those coping with trauma or significant life changes. You will work closely with parents and teachers to create tailored support plans that respect each child's background and needs.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, particularly related to children and adolescents.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in social work practice.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience working in a healthcare or educational setting, especially in school-based mental health services.
  • Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations pertaining to school mental health services.
Compensation and Benefits
