This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through our telehealth platform. As all sessions are conducted virtually, you will utilize innovative digital tools and platforms to engage with clients and supervise practicum students.

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students as they work towards clinical licensure or their Master's degrees, focusing on skill development and clinical best practices.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet unique needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care and promote client wellbeing.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in partnership with clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches and current research to inform interventions.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation including client progress notes, treatment plans, and ethical considerations as mandated by state regulations.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements and best practices in mental health therapy, integrating new methods into your practice to enhance treatment efficacy.

As a therapist at Shelter Counseling Clinic, you will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your contributions are essential in creating a safe and respectful environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their truths and working towards healing.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid and unrestricted state license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide mental health services.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling.

• Experience in a supervisory role, providing mentorship and guidance to emerging therapists or practicum students.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling best practices.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for uncapped earnings based on client load and performance.
