Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and accessibility for both therapists and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students and emerging therapists, guiding them through the licensure process and enhancing their clinical skills.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family psychotherapy services remotely, employing evidence-based practices tailored to diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid and active state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
