This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your chosen environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet various therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) when appropriate.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, ensuring integrated care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development efforts, staying current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor with Behavioral Foundation Center, you will primarily serve a diverse client base that includes adults and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Many clients may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, necessitating a nuanced and empathetic approach to therapy. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
