This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager EMEA based in Netherlands.

As a Project Manager EMEA, you will lead complex client projects across a fast-growing global business messaging environment.
You will own enterprise client onboarding from initial setup through technical integration and campaign execution.
The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, technical problem-solving, and customer relationship management.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to keep projects moving and resolve issues efficiently.
Your work will directly contribute to successful customer launches, reliable messaging campaigns, and scalable operational processes.
This is an opportunity to influence how businesses adopt messaging technology while working with international clients and distributed teams.
The position is fully remote and suited to an organized, independent professional who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Accountabilities
  • Lead enterprise client onboarding end-to-end, including WhatsApp Business Account setup, phone number registration, template approvals, and technical integrations with APIs and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, including template classification, scheduling, monitoring, and delivery troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the primary project contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, leading status meetings, coordinating expectations, and managing escalations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to resolve technical and operational issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and clients, balancing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, milestones, status updates, and performance tracking.
  • Define, monitor, and communicate relevant project KPIs, timelines, risks, and progress.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, contributing to scalable onboarding and campaign execution playbooks.
  • Proactively identify risks and blockers and take ownership of resolving issues or securing the appropriate internal support.
  • Build efficient, repeatable processes that improve the customer experience and support the organization's continued growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within SaaS, martech, B2B technology, or another fast-paced digital environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or enterprise clients while handling competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align internal teams and external clients around objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Comfortable working with project management and tracking tools and maintaining structured project documentation.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, monitor, analyze, and report on project KPIs and timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the WhatsApp Business API, Meta Business ecosystem, messaging platforms, or CRM technologies is a plus.
  • Understanding of B2B client onboarding, technical integrations, campaign implementation, or marketing funnel processes is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several workstreams independently.
  • Practical problem-solving approach with a strong bias toward action and ownership.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, continuously evolving product and technology environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, share knowledge, take responsibility, and contribute to the development of scalable processes and solutions.
Benefits:
  • 3,000-3,500 per month, depending on experience, seniority, and fit with the role requirements.
  • Fully remote, contract-based position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
  • Opportunity to work in a global, technology-driven environment focused on the rapidly evolving business messaging industry.
  • Collaboration with experienced technology and business professionals across an international, distributed organization.
  • Significant opportunities for professional growth, learning, and exposure to SaaS, messaging technology, enterprise client management, and technical project delivery.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects and contribute ideas to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
  • Dynamic environment that encourages independent thinking, continuous learning, responsibility, and scalable solutions.
  • Competitive compensation designed to reflect skills, experience, and achievements.
