Your Role

Regional Sales Managers play a critical role in the success of our business by providing leadership to our Sales Team. The target is to create a positive culture that energizes and encourages each other, fosters connected relationships and great teamwork, empowers, and enables our team to learn and grow.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hires,Trains,andProvidesLeadership to the regional sales team.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance oftheregion.
  • Motivates and encourages salesteamto ensure goals are met.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that aretimelyand constructive.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational reports; uses data to project sales,determineprofitability and targets, andidentifypotential new markets.
  • Maintains excellent customer relations by calling on and assuring that the customers’ needs are met. Monitors customer activity including industry and market trends, competitive actions, pricing situations and makes recommendations to capitalize on opportunities or minimize risk.
  • Identifiesand analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employeesin accordance withcompany policy.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • 5 Years Leadership and Management Experience
  • Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Construction Industry Experience Required
  • Five Years Sales Experience Required
  • Valid Driver’s License

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skillsrequiredto effectively interact with all levels of company management staff and customers
  • Demonstrated computer skills including excel, word, power point, one note,TEAMSand outlook
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful teams
  • Ability to be tactical and results oriented and strategic.
