We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our client's WW Sales Analytics team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop new and innovative ways to help different business stakeholders and leaders to interpret business key performance indicators and drive business growth.

This is a full-time (W-2) contract role based in Santa Clara, CA with REMOTE work options. We offer competitive pay $65/hr - $95/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop scalable and self-service analytical and visualization solutions to support team projects. This will require data gathering and analysis, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, etc.
  • Collaborate with IT or other teams to design data model and implement data pipeline to automate manual solutions.
  • Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain and document the reporting logic and business requirement, diagnose data-related bugs and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Support the business with ad hoc reporting and help automate the business review and analysis.
  • Leverage AI tools to build solutions to support business users and enhance business intelligence.

What We Need to See:

  • Master's degree or bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative related fields or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with BI analytics or reporting tolls like Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • 5+ years of experience using SQL.
  • Working experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling.
  • Detailed orientated, highly analytical and focused on quality and accuracy of work.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to solve business problems, including automating repetitive analytical tasks, accelerating insight generation, and improving decision-making.
