In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate property management scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex real estate operations principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world tenant relations, property maintenance, and facility oversight with precision and practical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between proven property management practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of real estate technology.

Responsibilities Develop high-quality property management questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as lease administration, tenant screening, maintenance coordination, budget management, rent collection, conflict resolution, compliance with housing laws, and more.
