Description

MUST HAVE PUNCHH EXPERIENCE! We are seeking a Platform Support Specialist to support and manage loyalty platform operations, ticket resolution, and vendor coordination activities. This role is responsible for opening, prioritizing, tracking, and driving support tickets to resolution while ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and external support teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Punchh or a similar loyalty platform, strong technical support skills, and the ability to investigate issues, gather documentation, and escalate critical concerns when necessary. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, accountability, follow-through, and a customer-focused mindset. Candidates with experience supporting loyalty programs, managing support queues, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining knowledge documentation are highly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a fast-paced support environment while helping improve loyalty platform performance and user experience.

Pay and Benefits
