We are looking for a Load Bank Application Engineer who combines technical knowledge with exceptional communication skills. This role involves supporting customers with load bank applications, providing technical solutions, and creating clear, accurate documentation that enhances product usability and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Application Engineering
    • Serve as the technical expert for load bank products, assisting customers with selection, configuration, and control options.
    • Collaborate with Sales to analyze customer requirements and recommend optimal load bank solutions for testing and commissioning of power systems.
    • Provide remote technical support, troubleshooting, and training.
    • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to improve product performance and features.
  • Technical Writing
    • Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, quick start guides, operation procedures, and troubleshooting documentation for load bank products.
    • Create technical content for proposals, specifications, application notes, and marketing.
    • Ensure documentation meets industry standards for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for diverse audiences.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in application engineering or technical support, preferably in power systems or power generation.
