About the Role

The Senior Product Manager oversees both internal and external aspects by guiding product strategy, managing the entire product lifecycle, and driving go-to-market efforts. This position works to align technical implementation with business objectives for the healthcare enterprise imaging team. By collaborating with various departments and utilizing insights from customers and the market, this role champions innovation to create effective products and encourages their successful adoption.

Here's What You'll Do
    Create and manage new product workflows including clinical requirements and end-user needs for Radiologists, PACS admins, and technologists; assist with UI design for new features; create user role definitions and best practices; and develop customer workflow discovery frameworks
  • Provide requirements across multiple R&D teams for new imaging designs and workflows; assist with regulatory validation and verification including creating test plans, performing clinical testing, and document versioning from UAT testing
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on sales collateral for workflows; assist with trade show activities and attend industry conferences such as RSNA, HIMSS, and SIIM to evaluate industry trends and identify revenue potential
  • Collaborate with Business Development to review vendor technologies and synergies; assist with 3rd party vendor technology integrations; work closely with 3rd party Clinical Applications Specialists to ensure go-live success
  • Work closely with the Regulatory Manager on compliance projects; maintain ARRT certification and CEU activities; onboard to NHS Clinical Safety Officer Training; and assist in maintaining a PACS lab of validated versions
  • Work independently with customers to define enhancement requests; attend customer on-site business meetings and implementation projects; and participate in the Silicon Valley Product Group's Design & Planning on-site development methodology

Role Essentials
  • 3+ years of experience working in a clinical setting as a certified ARRT Registered Technologist, combined with 3+ years of PACS admin experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with FDA medical devices, with vendor PACS implementation experience including a minimum of 20 completed customer site installs
  • Deep knowledge of PACS workflows across multiple IDNs, including DICOM, HL7, QC, Hanging Protocols, PACS settings, and customization workflows
  • Dictation workflow and Voice Recognition experience (e.g., Nuance PowerScribe, MModal) with modality implementation and imaging data flow expertise
  • Technologist QA/QC workflow experience with a broad understanding of radiology workflows and enterprise imaging environments

  • RIS experience with platforms such as Epic Radiant/Cupid or Cerner
