The right candidate will have:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within an MSP environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Familiarity with RMM tools, Professional Services Automation software, and remote support technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Our Support Specialist will:
