Job description

TekSystems is currently hiring for a FULLY REMOTE Compensation Analyst, this role would be working in EST Time zone!

MUST HAVE: 3-5 years of compensation analyst experience. Must have preferably experience with excel and Oracle as well as a bachelor's degree is preferred!

Description

This individual would be jumping in for their Compensation Analyst who is going out on leave for 2 months. Where they would need to be able to jump in is:

- Compensation processes: Merit and Market compensation data review. Planning for changes they have coming. Pricing jobs, and creating the jobs through the data with a merit process. They must understand the Compensation market. The merit changes will be happening in September and October.

- Excel- Creating pricing documents utilizing data already pulling from other compensation data. Pulling that data down into Excel, taking data from certain files and combining it with others.

- Oracle- Making changes to jobs and profiles in Oracle. Creating jobs and running reports with details. Updating the jobs and the compensation portals.

- Writing Skills to communicate with Leadership and support different areas, be able to have higher level conversations with professionalism.

- Payscale- Also use this program if they have any experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Really wants them to have experience with Oracle, Excel, and Compensation overall. Bachelors highly preferred due to the nature of the work.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlottesville, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
