Job description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Sales Representative based in Detroit - A role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers' worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.

What you'll do as Sales Representative:

  • You will be based out of the Detroit Area or in its neighboring areas
  • Account management, presentation development, closing deals
  • Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
  • Selling equipment rental and services to our potential customers
  • Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan
  • Partnering with the operations and logistics teams project execution and complement
  • You'll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors

You are:

  • 2+ years of direct business to business sales experience
  • Knowledge of targeted territory
  • Knowledge of construction industry
  • Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business, including Operations, Fleet, Logistics
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license
